杭州青少年文化交流中心是一家以青少年为服务对象，以文化教育项目为载体，以产业化运作为机制，从事大型文化教育项目策划推广与运作经营，国际文化交流服务和文化教育培训的公众服务机构。
杭州青少年文化交流中心隶属于中国一级一类优秀校外教育单位——杭州青少年活动中心，为独立法人机构，接受共青团杭州市委与杭州青少年活动中心共同领导，独立开展青少年文化教育活动项目的运作。
杭州青少年文化交流中心成立以来，策划、参与、组织、承办了大量公益性青少年文化教育活动，得到了省市有关领导与社会的广泛好评。其中“野孩子”夏令营活动作为一种教育现象，曾被新华社、浙江卫视、钱江晚报等新闻媒体做过长篇专题报道。“青春之旅”文化主题活动面向广大创业务工青年，根据时代的需求，与社会资源整合，开展了形式多样、丰富多彩的文化活动，直接参与达数万人，CCTV-1对此作了专题报道。国际交流的开展，为国内青少年提供了丰富的文化交流与国际学习平台。无论是策划的“中国学生北极科考活动”还是青少年大型文艺团体赴海外交流学习系列项目，以及多次成功举办的美国加州游学活动都为自身积累了丰富的经验与资源。目前，本机构又成为美国美中文化交流协会的理事单位，并签约多家国际组织，全方位开展着青少年国际文化交流项目。
杭州青少年文化交流中心紧密依托政府和社会的优秀品牌与广泛资源，为校外教育事业、文化产业拓展构建着新的空间，无论是在青年文化、还是少儿教育活动中，始终担当起弘扬主旋律的急先锋、人文教育的新势力。

Hangzhou Youth and Children’s Culture Exchange Center is an organization
of public service for the youth and children. Taking culture education
projects as its medium, sticking to industrial mechanism, it works
on creating and operating large-scaled functions of culture education,
international culture exchanging and training.
As an independent legal body under the leadership of Hangzhou Municipal
Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hangzhou Youth and Children’s
Culture Exchange Center is a branch of Hangzhou Youth and Children’s
Center, which is a first-level after-school organization in China,
and is capable to deal with independently projects for youth and children.
Since established, Hangzhou Youth and Children’s Culture Exchange
Center has created, joined and organized large numbers of public welfare
functions of culture education for youth and children, which have
gained high opinions from the provincial and municipal leaders and
also from the public. “The Wild Kids Summer Campus”, representing
an educational phenomenon, was reported with wide coverage by Xinhua
News Agency, Zhejiang STV, Qian Jiang Evening News, etc. The theme
culture functions of “Youth Party” concerned on various young employers.
Meeting the inquiries of the time, combining the social resources
and organizing colorful activities, these functions made strong appeal
to over ten thousands of people, and even CCTV made a special report
for it. International exchange has provided large numbers of chances
for Chinese youth and children to learn from overseas. The center
has gained tremendous experiences and resources by organizing “Chinese
Students’ North Pole Investigation”, sending a series of art groups
of youth and children abroad and visiting California in US for scholarship.
Now, the center has the honor of being the member of US American-China
Culture Exchange Association and made agreements with many international
organizations for the purpose of developing international culture
exchanges of youth and children.
Relying on closely the government and society, Hangzhou Youth and
Children’s Culture Exchange Center has held on developing the after-
school education and culture industry. It has been the pioneer for
the youth culture and children education.
